Connection is the through-line

As the business world swirls with hybrid work, AI, constant connectivity, and an ever quickening pace of change, it puts itself at increasing risk of losing one of humanity's most defining features and primal needs — connection. Without it, there is no collaboration, partnership, or belonging. There is also no shared joy or camaraderie. As humans, we need all these things, not only to do our best work but to live fulfilled lives. So as you peruse the list of services below, you'll notice that each is designed not just for your success, but also with connection in mind.

Cultivating Connection with Team and Self

Executive Coaching

  • Who you are: A leader of or in an organization who is open to experimentation, input, and being challenged
  • What you are seeking: Identification of blind spots & root causes to gain a better understanding of who and how you are as a leader, and to update your work design accordingly (my coaching style is less about changing you, more about changing your systems based on what we know about you)

Cultivating Connection withIN Teams

Team Facilitation

  • Who you are: A leader of a team or an organization who recognizes that businesses are built for and by other humans
  • What you are seeking: Alignment around vision / mission / strategy / goals; Team cohesion around values and norms; A team culture that reflects and motivates your people
  • What this could look like: Team facilitation sessions are usually conducted in a setting that's different from the day to day, make use of multiple modalities to diverge and converge, and range from 2 hours to 2 days. They vary in content considerably given differing team goals, but they are always challenging, focused, and fun. Get in touch to find out more.

Cultivating Connection Between Managers & Teams

Leadership Development & Training

  • Who you are: A learning & development leader or champion who recognizes that managers and leaders are the fulcrum of an organization's operations and culture
  • What you are seeking: Enablement for your organization's leadership and / or manager team, either around a specific skill (e.g. how to give feedback in a way that lands) or a collection of skills (e.g. Management Fundamentals) that make good leaders great
  • What this could look like: I work with individual leaders or groups, virtually or live, in 1-2 hr sessions or over the course of two days. For larger programs, I often partner with Elevate Leadership. Get in touch to find out more.
