Who you are: A leader of a team or an organization who recognizes that businesses are built for and by other humans
What you are seeking: Alignment around vision / mission / strategy / goals; Team cohesion around values and norms; A team culture that reflects and motivates your people
What this could look like: Team facilitation sessions are usually conducted in a setting that's different from the day to day, make use of multiple modalities to diverge and converge, and range from 2 hours to 2 days.
